Exemptions from carbon tax for the worst polluters, freezing the UK Carbon Price Floor at £18 per ton until 2020 when the UN says £60 is needed. The message this sends out is that the UK government is not committed to addressing climate change.

Even more annoying Ed Miliband said a couple of weeks ago………… “But the events of the last few weeks have shown this is a national security issue in our own country, too, with people’s homes, businesses and livelihoods coming under attack from extreme weather. And we know this will happen more in the future.”
Yet he’s failed to drag the Government over the coals for this anti green budget !
I can see why – Labour want to win the next election, and see cost of living as being the way to go.
